Return and refund policy

Important Information:

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 days after the return is approved.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you are still within the 30-day purchase period, and the product meets the conditions below, we will gladly refund your money!

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that our return address is located in Asia. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

To return damaged or incorrect items, follow these steps:
(1) Contact our customer service by email at support@belisya.com
(2) Send a photo with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number linked to the item.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired solution. Please note: all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Items Not Eligible for Full Return
Free/promotional items are not eligible for refunds. If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a credit note.

Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and equal the actual cost of the return shipment.

Refunds
We will inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
